About

Hi, I’m Dean Gallagher - an experienced Year 6 teacher, maths lead, and Assistant Headteacher based in the UK with a passion for creating resources that actually work in the classroom.

I know first-hand how precious teacher time is. That’s why I design no-fuss, purposeful resources that can be picked up and used straight away. These resources are evidence informed and have been refined to save you planning hours while still challenging learners to achieve their best.

What you’ll find on Gallagher Resources:

  • No-nonsense, classroom-tested materials - I only share resources that I use myself.

  • Time-saving worksheets - practical and linked directly to schemes.

  • Carefully sequenced programmes - emphasising fluency and interleaved retrieval.

Away from teaching, I share this journey with my beautiful wife, our cat, Kitty, and our Cavapoo, Ollie (who you may have noticed frequently sneaks into my projects!) These two characters have a knack for reminding us to pause, laugh, and enjoy the small moments - something I try to carry into my work as a teacher. They are even beginning their own educational project, Ollie’s World of Wonders - where learning meets adventures!

Thank you for visiting - I sincerely hope these resources save you time and support your pupils’ success.
